Travel & Lodging: Summit registrants are asked to make their own travel arrangements to Atlanta and to reserve their own rooms at the Summit hotel, the Hilton Atlanta Airport.
Hotel: The Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel, 1031 Virginia Avenue is just five minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and ten minutes from Atlanta's downtown business and entertainment district and features a fitness center and indoor pool. The reduced Summit rate is $95.00 per night plus tax --total, whether 1, 2 ,3 or 4 people share the room. This rate is available through December 15-- so please make your reservations early. To make reservations at the conference rate please call 1-800-445-8667, ask for the Hilton Atlanta Airport and mention the three-digit discount code “NAP”. Air travel: The closest airport you can fly into is the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta.
Hotel Shuttle: The Hilton Atlanta Airport provides free shuttle service to and from the airport, where you also have access to the Airport MARTA Station, a part of Atlanta's public transit system. You can find the shuttle by following the signs in any terminal for hotel ground transportation. The blue and silver Hilton Atlanta Airport shuttle departs every 15 minutes from the hours of 4:00 a.m. to midnight and is on call after midnight. Please check with the hotel for more information.
Train: The Atlanta Amtrak station is located downtown at the intersection of Deering & Peachtree Roads. The stop for MARTA bus # 23 is at the same intersection. Take that bus ($1.75, includes transfer) southbound to the Arts Center MARTA Station. From there, take MARTA to the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and follow the signs to hotel ground transportation Row C and wait for the free Hilton Atlanta Airport shuttle.
Bus: From the downtown Atlanta Greyhound station, follow the signs for about 30 yards to MARTA’s Garnett Station. Take the MARTA ($1.75 includes transfer) to the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and once there, follow signs to row C in hotel ground transportation to await the free Hilton Atlanta Airport shuttle.

By car: Please call the Hilton Atlanta Airport directly at 404-767-9000 for more information, driving directions and parking information. All summit participants will be able to self-park for free for the duration of our gathering.
On-site Registration: On-site Summit registration will be available until 10:00 a.m. each day starting on Thursday, January 18th at the Summit hotel. On-site registration is more expensive – please register before December 15th for the best rates.
Transfer of Registration: Pre-paid general Summit registrations may be transferred between colleagues -- just present a letter authorizing the transfer at the on-site registration table. Discounted registrations are not transferable, but may be refunded, less a $25 fee, before Tuesday, January 7, 2007.
Student/Low Income Rate: NAPW is offering a discounted rate to students and people with low income. For student or low-income online registrations, just select "Student/Low Income" under "type of registration" during the on-line process.

Exhibit Space: Shared exhibit tables for information exchange will be located near our break out rooms. We encourage simple, low-maintenance set-up on these tables since we want to maximize opportunities for Summit participants to meet one another, exchange ideas and build relationships. Space will be limited, so please contact us early at: exhibitors@advocatesforpregnantwomen.org. Requests for space will not be accepted after November 15th, 2006.
Shipping materials: Materials sent to the hotel in advance of the Summit should be mailed to "Attention: Isolde Huber, Sr. Events Manager, for (your name)" to the Atlanta Airport Hilton at: 1031 Virginia Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30354. Include the date of your arrival and state that it is for the NAPW Conference. For more information please contact the Hilton conference services department directly at 404-767-9000.
Childcare: We are working to provide a participatory on-site childcare co-operative during the Summit specifically for those who pre-register. We will not be able to accommodate on-site childcare
requests. For information about volunteering or utilizing on-site childcare, please send an email to: childcare@advocatesforpregnantwomen.org
Volunteers: We are very happy to have you volunteer time or services during the Summit. Please contact us at volunteers@advocatesforpregnantwomen.org if you are interested in volunteering. Students, we will be happy to write a letter to your academic or training institution or program to demonstrate your participation!
Cancellation and Refund Policies: We will accept cancellations and process refunds for Summit registrations until Tuesday, January 7, 2007. We will, however, keep a fee of $25, deducted from your refund amount. Requests for cancellation should be sent to us with a subject line reading "request for cancellation" to: registration@advocatesforpregnantwomen.org. You will then receive instructions about how to enact your cancellation. Hotel cancellations and refunds must be worked out directly with the Hilton Atlanta Airport.
Special Needs and Access: The conference registration form includes space where you may list any special needs you may have. Please also feel free to contact us before January 1, 2007 via phone regarding concerns at registration@advocatesforpregnantwomen.org.
Confidentiality: If you are unwilling to have your name and address included in the Summit attendee list, which will be given out to all attendees, you must indicate this during the registration process. We will be unable to honor such requests after November
