NAPW in the classroom!

November 14, 2017

This fall, representatives from NAPW were guest speakers in many classrooms and student organizations. From September to November, NAPW staff guest taught a "Gender Justice" class at Columbia Law School, a "Law & Biomedical Ethics" class at Fordham Law School, a "Law and Politics" class at Stonybrook University's Lifelong Learning Institute, and spoke at events organized by Law Students for Reproductive Justice and If/When/How organizations at law schools around the country, including Drexel University, Georgetown University and Columbia University.

It is a crucial part of NAPW's mission to discuss with students of all ages NAPW's work ensuring that no one loses their constitutional and human rights as a result of pregnancy. We always learn from the students in these classes while contributing to the development of new activists.
