Children at the Summit
NAPW Summit 2007 is a family-friendly space. As many of you know already, partners, children and others are welcome to stay at the hotel at the Summit participant's expense. Children are welcome in Summit sessions when supervised by parents.
Summit volunteers are coordinating an on site child-care co-operative for the children (age 10 and under) of pre-registered parents/guardians.
This opportunity is only available to parents/guardians who:
1) pre-registered by December 2006
2) have let us know before January 10th, 2007 that they are seeking to participate in the child-care co-operative and
3) are willing and able to contribute time providing child care during part of the day or days that they will be using the co-op.
If you are such a parent/gaurdian, you must write an email before January 10th to: childcare@advocatesforpregnantwomen.org.
Please write in the subject line "Summit Childcare" and
include in the contents of the message:
1) that you would like to know more about the co-operative,
2) the number and age of the children you are brining,
3) the exact dates you and your children will be participating in the co-op.
Please remember that you will not be able to participate in the child-care co-op if you have not contacted us by January 10th. The child-care co-op is not an option for those people registrating on-site.
