Unless you have made other specific arrangements with NAPW Summit staff, the organization/person shipping the material is responsible for collecting the material and laying it out on the Summit information table or at the appropriate workshop. If you will need help moving heavy boxes, please work directly with hotel staff to get a handtruck or delivery at a particular time.
